Rena Community Development Association (RCDA) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 2010 with a mission of empowering the disadvantaged or less privileged people with skills and Knowledge that could help them to become self reliant and leave a beggary life and become responsible citizens

Objectives

1. To empower and support the disadvantaged or less privileged people.
2. To maintain and develop health and educational improvement networks in Kasubi and the country at large.
3. To prevent and rehabilitate children engaged in labour, adolescent reproductive health in Kasubi and the country at large
4. Improving the quality and professionalism of youth-led development initiatives

Target groups

RCDA programs focus on empowering and support the disadvantaged or less privileged people

1. Orphans
2. Vulnerable Children
3. Women
4. School dropouts
5. Widows
Message
Rena Community Development Association (RCDA) currently runs these main programs on, teaching and empowering less privileged people with skills and knowledge that could help them to become self reliant, leave a beggary life and become responsible citizens and successful in life is at a core of the RCDA program.

The major components of programs include:-
Tailoring, Fashion and design, Hair dressing, carpentry and joinery, hand craft, building and contraction, plumping, electronic engineering, computer training, life skills which are integrated, offer bursaries to orphans and less privileged people at the institution we also extend services to other schools like computer training.

Expected output
1. Students will get certificates after their course.
2. Students will get hands on skills

Expected out come

1. Students who will get hands-on skills will be in position to start their own business especially in tailoring and computer related business.
2. Students will get employed hence become self reliant, leave a beggary life and become responsible citizens
3. There will be less numbers of school dropouts in kasubi and the country at large.
4. The velanarable youth will be useful in the community by starting up self help activities to help the community.

Conclusion
Rena Community Development Association (RCDA) will empower the less privileged people so that the less privileged become useful in the society.
