The fighting in between Chinese, India and Malay is not really because of racism in the school. If Malay fight with Malay? Chinese fight with Chinese? Justice unbalanced is a common issues at all the multi racial school. So the school plays the very important part to give the quality counseling to those special need students (might be possible become problematic student) or ask them to report to counseling room when reset time or share more time with them to understand their problem.
